- The safety and security of our customers and staff is of the highest priority, therefore we offer a wide range of safety measures and regulations.
- Contact the Driver
- In case of an emergency or disruptive and threatening behaviour of fellow passengers you can always rely on the voice box within light rails (watch out for the SOS-sign) and contact our bus drivers.
- Taxi Service
- Up until 9 pm you can ask our drivers to call a taxi to any station you wish. This call is toll free you just have to pay the regular taxi fee. We also offer a Women'sNightTaxi and Call-a-Taxi service
