TRAVELLING WITH IMPAIRED SIGHT
Help with announcement
Passengers with a visual impairment can orient themselves at many tram stops and suburban stations due to tactile guidance strips on the floor. The line and stop announcements are given via loudspeaker at many stops and stations.
In buses and trams the next stop is announced. In the regional and suburban trains you can furthermore get the information on which side you can find the exit. In the city trams this information is always given when the exit is on the left side instead of the right side - as usual.
