Details of our trade fair travelcards
For designated large-scale trade fairs in Hanover, the travelcard from GVH is an attractive offer for all exhibitors and for long-term users. These are personal travelcards which cover a specified trade fair throughout the fair period and on the day before the corresponding fair, for trips within GVH travel area (zones ABC) on all buses and railways, suburban trains, regional trains (RB, RE) in second-class carriages and using the sprinti on-demand system.
You can obtain your trade fair travelcard:
- from GVH customer service center
- online, from the travel shop (Mobilitätsshop) and using the GVH App
- And – as from the day before the respective fair – from the ÜSTRA Infopoint in front of the trade fair site (Messe Nord):
Day before the fair: 09:00-19:30 Uhr
Monday to Friday: 08:00-19:30 Uhr
Saturadays: 08:00-19:30 Uhr
Sundays: 08:00-19:30 Uhr - Bulk purchasers: by sending an email to vertrieb@gvh.de
The trade fair travelcard covers:
- Three GVH zones (ABC)
- All buses, city trains, suburban trains, local trains and the sprinti on-demand system within GVH travel area
- For a specified fair: throughout the period of the fair and on the day before the corresponding event
- For an unlimited number of trips within the period covered
- For the holder’s exclusive use
- For second-class carriages
Cost of trade fair travelcard:
- Pricing depends on the length of the event. Because this is a concession-price offer, it’s always cheaper to use the daily travelcard rather than an ABC day card.
