Exclusive special conditions
Our clients save the registration fee of 29 Euro. The MIKRO tariff is the ideal starter tariff for you, if you use your car less than 10 hours the month. Special advantage: Using this tariff, the monthly basic fee will not be charged. In this way you are always and everywhere flexible, without any fixed costs. If you wish to use a different pricing model, you can easily switch to a new tariff and save on the monthly charge.

This is how car sharing works at stadtmobil
- After registration at stadtmobil, you receive your personal access card.
- Book your desired car with your mobility shop customer number via app, online or by phone round the clock.
- Determine the booking period and pay for this period and the total kilometres travelled.
- Fuel is included. You fill up conveniently with a fuel card or have the fuel receipt reimbursed.
- Pick up your car at one of the 200 stations and open it with your smartphone, your access card or the key out of the safe.
- Enter your PIN number into the on-board computer.
- After use, return the vehicle at the same station.
- With the stadtflitzer of stadtmobil you are even more flexible, you don’t need to determine the usage period and can park the stadtflitzer after using everywhere within the city area of Hanover.
Payment information
The travel costs are automatically calculated and invoiced to you. At the beginning of the month, you receive – where appropriate bundled with other travel expenses – a clearly structured collective invoice about the last month. The amount is collected by direct debit. The costs are calculated according to usage time and kilometres travelled. They depend on the vehicle category selected and the tariff.
Your registration at stadtmobil
Clients of the ÜSTRA can register online in our shop for stadtmobil and profit from all benefits. After that, the driver's license check is possible at the ÜSTRA Customer Centre during the opening hours. As stadtmobil client you can use car sharing in more than 180 other cities as well.
